For support I use the most current version of memoQ, memoQ server and QTerm as well as Trados Studio and MultiTerm. Older versions upon request.

Fees:
Support case
- Flat fee for support cases that can be handled within up to 15 minutes.
Support hour
- Hourly rate for more complex cases. Feel free to set a time limit for the case.
For services provided to a user in Germany, German VAT (19%) needs be added. You will be invoiced for the amount of time actually needed and do not need a support contract.
Alternatively, we can agree on a specific amount and a timeframe for support. Once the limit has been reached, you will receive the invoice, but no later than the end of the year.
